Antioxidative Cassane Diterpenoids from the Seeds of Caesalpinia minax

Five new cassane diterpenoids, caesalmins I–M ( 1 – 5 ), and 23 known analogs were isolated from the seeds of Caesalpinia minax. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with reported data. The antioxidant properties of 1 – 28 were determined by the method of oxygen radical absorbance capacity of fluorescein (ORAC‐FL), and 14 compounds exhibited good antioxidant activities with ORAC‐FL values of 2.24–4.89 Trolox equivalents. The structure? activity relationship of the active compounds was also discussed.     

Steroidal Alkaloids from Veratrum maackii Regel with Genotoxicity on Brain‐Cell DNA in Mice

Two new steroidal alkaloids, 23‐methoxycyclopamine 3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and isoecliptalbine ( 2 ), were isolated from the root and rhizoma of Veratrum maackii Regel , together with five known compounds, i.e., verussurine ( 3 ), verabenzoamine ( 4 ), verazine ( 5 ), isoverazine ( 6 ), and verazinine ( 7 ). Their structures were established by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data, as well as by comparison with literature data. Compounds 1 – 7 could cause DNA damage in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex of mice in a dose‐dependent manner by using single‐cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay).     

A {Nb6P2W12}‐Based Hexameric Manganese Cluster with Single‐Molecule Magnet Properties

By deliberately using a metastable polyanion [(NbO₂)₆P₂W₁₂O₅₆]^12? ( 1 ), which was formed in situ, we have discovered the unprecedented hexameric cluster {Mn₁₅(Nb₆P₂W₁₂O₆₂)₆} ( 2 ), in which the six polyanions [Nb₆P₂W₁₂O₆₁]^10? are alternately connected by four intriguing trinuclear {Mn^III₃} moieties and four {Mn^II} linkers. This discovery is the first in which the phosphoniobotungstate has been made accessible by using transition‐metal ions; furthermore, polyanion 2 represents the largest niobotungstate cluster reported to date. Analysis by means of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS ) provides insight into the self‐assembly process, and the peaks observed relate to the different charge states of the parent cluster, thus confirming the stability of 2 . In addition, magnetic‐susceptibility measurements reveal that each {Mn^III₃} subunit is a separate single‐molecule magnet (SMM). This discovery results from the exploration of the reverse effect of metastable polyanion 1 possessing high reactivity, thereby turning a disadvantage into an advantage. This finding could define a new synthetic strategy for the design and synthesis of magnetic polyoxometalate (POM) clusters.     

固相萃取/液相色谱-串联质谱法测定果蔬中草铵膦的残留量

建立了果蔬中草铵膦残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经水提取、二氯甲烷除去脂溶性杂质,强阳离子固相萃取小柱净化,9-芴甲基氯甲酸酯(FMOC-Cl)衍生后,以C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)进行分离,5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)-乙腈(含0.1%甲酸)作为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式电离(ESI+),多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,内标法定量。方法在0~200μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)大于0.995。方法检出限为10μg/kg,定量下限为20μg/kg。在不同食品基质中,草铵膦在20,200,500μg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为80.8%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~7.9%。该法采用同位素内标定量,有效地消除了样品基质效应,灵敏度高、准确度好,适用于果蔬中草铵膦残留量的监控测定。     

Analyses of the TCR repertoire of MHC class II-restricted innate CD4+ T cells

Analysis of the T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire of innate CD4⁺ T cells selected by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II-dependent thymocyte–thymocyte (T-T) interaction (T-T CD4⁺ T cells) is essential for predicting the characteristics of the antigens that bind to these T cells and for distinguishing T-T CD4⁺ T cells from other types of innate T cells. Using the TCR^mini Tg mouse model, we show that the repertoire of TCRα chains in T-T CD4⁺ T cells was extremely diverse, in contrast to the repertoires previously described for other types of innate T cells. The TCRα chain sequences significantly overlapped between T-T CD4⁺ T cells and conventional CD4⁺ T cells in the thymus and spleen. However, the diversity of the TCRα repertoire of T-T CD4⁺ T cells seemed to be restricted compared with that of conventional CD4⁺ T cells. Interestingly, the frequency of the parental OT-II TCRα chains was significantly reduced in the process of T-T interaction. This diverse and shifted repertoire in T-T CD4⁺ T cells has biological relevance in terms of defense against diverse pathogens and a possible regulatory role during peripheral T-T interaction.     

Copper‐Catalyzed Intermolecular Asymmetric Propargylic Dearomatization of Indoles

The first copper‐catalyzed intermolecular dearomatization of indoles by an asymmetric propargylic substitution reaction was developed. This method provides a highly efficient synthesis of versatile furoindoline and pyrroloindoline derivatives containing a quaternary carbon stereogenic center and a terminal alkyne moiety with up to 86 % yield and 98 % ee.     

Electroluminescence enhancement in ultraviolet organic light‐emitting diode with graded hole‐injection and ‐transporting structure

Electroluminescent intensity and external quantum efficiency (EQE) in ultraviolet organic light‐emitting diodes (UV OLEDs) have been remarkably enhanced by using a graded hole‐injection and ‐transporting (HIT) structure of MoO₃/N,N ′‐bis(naphthalen‐1‐yl)‐N,N ′‐bis(phenyl)‐benzidine/MoO₃/4,4′‐bis(carbazol‐9‐yl)biphenyl (CBP). The graded‐HIT based UV OLED shows superior short‐wavelength emis‐ sion with spectral peak of ～410 nm, maximum electroluminescent intensity of 2.2 mW/cm² at 215 mA/cm² and an EQE of 0.72% at 5.5 mA/cm². Impedance spectroscopy is employed to clarify the enhanced hole‐injection and ‐transporting capacity of the graded‐HIT structure. 产品/服务配置规则获取的主要方式是用数据挖掘技术从设计实例数据库中提取.客户化服务方案配置规则为服务功能需求和方案特征间的关联规则.考虑到常用关联规则挖掘算法Apriori具有运算复杂的缺点,提出基于PIETM(Principle of Inclusion—Exclusion and Transaction Mapping)算法的配置规则挖掘方法,考虑置信度和有趣度指标,提取强关联规则.针对配置实例数据库数据量较大时,配置规则挖掘的效率会降低且会产生大量冗余规则的问题,采用二元语义模型表达定性的服务功能需求,将同类客户群的功能需求进行合并,替换多样化的功能需求,减少规则的冗余.最后以一工程机械制造企业服务方案配置规则挖掘为例,验证了所提方法的有效性.
